Gulf University has been founded based on a strong vision to ensure that it will offer high quality education and to provide graduates with strong intellectual and social foundations, thus helping their graduates to live as full contributors and compassionate members of a global society.
Gulf University aims to establish itself as distinguished higher education provider that will appeal to international, Bahraini and GCC students who prefer to be educated in a cultural environment, which is acceptable to parents and students alike.
Accreditation
Gulf University is accredited by the Ministry of Education in the Kingdom
of Bahrain and most GCC countries.
Gulf University is chartered by the decree issued by the Cabinet of the Prime
Minister statute 1649-03, dated 02/09/2001, pertaining to the project of
establishing Gulf University on 17/09/2001, license of which was issued by the
Ministry of Education to establish Gulf University. In accordance, legal
authority conceded Gulf University in order to commence infrastructure,
curriculum framework and relevant tasks and responsibilities.
