Professional Certification And Consultation Center (PCCC)
The fast growth of scientific and technological knowledge has made continuing education essential for those professionals and other workforce personnel who want to remain current in their fields. Since the upgrading of the workforce is one of the main parts of
Gulf University's Mission, consequently, GU established the Professional Certification and Consultation Center to materialize this fact.
To assure that the training programs are consistent with the most recent developments Gulf University signed an agreement with the American University in Cairo (AUC) to offer its continuous training programs through the Professional Certification and Consultation Center (PCCC) of GU. The cooperation agreement states that the training will be offered jointly and the certificates will
also be issued jointly.
The agreement includes several subjects. One of them is the Intensive Training Courses. Our Intensive Training Courses consist of short courses (30 contact hours) that are designed to supplement and update the practicing professional's background in a wide variety of subjects. Some of the courses provide an introductory overview of a given area while others provide the latest information on a specialized topic.
PCCC objective is to participate in upgrading the knowledge of the work force and professionals in various industries in
the Kingdom of Bahrain and other Gulf countries. The center offers the following types of services:
