    • Master’s in accounting and finance, College of Administrative Sciences, Applied Science University, Kingdom of Bahrain (2017). 
    • Bachelor’s in financial management, College of Administrative and Financial Sciences, Delmon University for Science & Technology, Kingdom of Bahrain (2012). 

Teaching & Learning Statement

Dr. Al-Soudy is always keen on providing an interactive learning environment that fosters critical and creative thinking among students. He believes that effective education is not limited to the transfer of knowledge but also requires the development of students’ skills in analysis, independent thinking, and linking theoretical knowledge with practical application. 

He is committed to integrating concepts of sustainable development and innovation into course curricula, focusing on the challenges and opportunities in local and regional markets. This approach contributes to preparing graduates capable of meeting the demands of the modern job market. 

He employs a variety of teaching methods that combine theoretical lectures, case studies, practical activities, and modern educational technologies such as artificial intelligence.

Dr. Al-Soudy is an active member of several university committees, including:

    • Activities and Events Committee 

He has academic and research experience in the fields of green innovation and sustainability, as well as practical experience in financial management, accounting, and administration. He has also participated in numerous training courses and specialized workshops in areas such as planning, crisis management, SME evaluation, analysis, and leadership.

His research interests focus on: 

    • Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and their implementation 
    • Green innovation and its impact on corporate financial performance 
    • Accounting, finance, and strategic planning 
    • Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices 
    • The use of Artificial Intelligence in business
