Deferred Assessment

For Students

  1. 1Log in to the university website through the following link: student.gulfuniversity.edu.bh
  2. 2Go to the "Student Services" section.
  3. 3Select "Deferred Assessment."
  4. 4Submit an application for deferred assessment through the provided form.

For Unit of A&R

  • Receive request with evidence and fees receipt.
  • Send to the relevant Dean.

For the Dean

  • Evaluate students' requests and provide decision on either approval or decline for each case.
  • Send the approved cases to the University Exam Committee to conduct the deferred examinations.
  • Send the approved cases for Project Juries / Assessment Panels, to the relevant Head of Department to conduct deferred assessments.
  • Send the list of rejected cases to A&R Unit.
