Study Suspension

For Students

  1. 1Fill in the form accurately and clearly (click here to download the form).
  2. 2Submit the form to Academic Advisor for review and recommendation.
  3. 3Seek HOD recommendation and approval from Dean.
  4. 4Submit the completed form to Unit of A&R.

For Academic Advisor

  • Review the form and students' status.
  • Provide suitable recommendation.

For HOD

  • Review and provide recommendation.

For the Dean

  • Approve the request.

For Unit of A&R

  • Receive the completed form.
  • Upload the suspension decision in AIMS.
  • Retain the form in Student File and send a copy to Academic Advisor.
